Freeing the Sensual Imagination (A Safe Experiential Workshop for Women)

This 90-minute experiential workshop explores the value of a healthy mind-body connection. We’ll release negative beliefs that may interfere with sensual experiences, and conclude with a relaxing group meditation/guided journey.  Note (just to be clear): PG rated. Participants remain fully clothed and in control. 

Clinical Hypnotherapist Stephanie Voss specializes in health-related habits of thinking and acting. She has taught pain management techniques for childbirth and to hospital nurses. Stephanie believes that sensual freedom is an essential part of women’s mental and physical health.
