Couples Massage Workshop Prescott

A brief breathwork and meditation to open our evening, guiding you inward to connect with your body, then with your partner. How to incorporate simple principles of connection with our partner when we may not always feel like being intimate. Checking in on what your body may need most through partner touch, and from yourself. A hands-on workshop to learn practical massage techniques that can simultaneously enhance healing and arousal states. We will discuss the importance of hygiene and ingredients in lotion/oils to maintain yoni health.

Please wear loose clothing that can be massaged over or moved to expose limbs. This is a fully-clothed workshop. Nudity prohibited.

Massage table, oil & lotion, and a light snack provided. 

Bring your own water bottle, hand towel, one pillow with case, and sheet
