OH! BABE! works hard to get all orders processed and shipped same-day, as long as they are received by 12:00pm PST. Regardless, all orders received by OH! BABE! are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want of all our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience. Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased items unless defective.
This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is Non-Returnable and Non-Resalable. Clothing Items Are Final Sale No Exceptions! Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All sales are considered final.

However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the “Contact Us” button at the top of the page) within 24 hours of receipt.
In the case of motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list.
Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement.
If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will give you the option to pick another item for the same value or more.
If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Items that qualify for a return must be shipped back to the address provided. Returns are only accepted in this manner.
