Couples Massage Workshop Sedona

Our evening together will open with a group energy and sound healing. Drifting us into a state of inner connection using breathwork and meditation. Feeling into the vibrations and sounds of the instruments as we explore a deeper sense of self connection through touch and leading into connection to our partner. Checking in with what your body may need most through partner touch, and from yourself. Transforming our giver/pleaser states of energy and mindset into a space safe to allow receiving, healing, and peace. Relaxing our nervous systems to tune into the flow of letting go.

Leading into our workshop with guidance on how to incorporate simple principles of connection with our partner when we may not always feel like being intimate.
